CTP and Offset
In our graphic department, logo design, corporate identity work, box manufacturing, box production, labels, catalogs, brochures, magazines, calendars, posters, books, printed documents and all your fancy colorful works are being prepared and the world’s most advanced technology, CTP, direct exposure to the mold. we have raised our quality to world standards. As a company, we are carrying out tourism hotel works, agricultural food label box parcel promotion and corporate special activities in all sectors.
In our factory, the boxes are taken from the GRP molds of the products, which are designed for photographing and graphic design, without the touch of the hand. 4 units of 4 colors, 1 piece of 5 colors, 1 piece of 6 colors XL + Lacquer, 1 piece of 2 colors, 2 pieces of single color in total 25 units are made in our offset printing unit.
Cutting Machine
We produce cardboard, kraft, American bristol, plastering carton, corrugated boxes and parcels to all sectors with our cutting machines in our factory.
Fast Food Machine
Our company supplies products from serious factories that produce the products of many brands, especially Burger King, Sbarro Pizza, Popeyes, Arby’s, Usta Dönerci.
In these factories, hamburger, cheeseburger, chips, nugget, chicken boxes as well as American serving tray paper are produced with automatic sealing machines.
H1 MACHINE PARK
With an additional 1500 m2 closed area to the outside area, New machine park has added to 145 cm 6 point bonding, 2 bobbin to bobbin flexo printing machine, pouch paper machine and corrugated line. There are 130 machines in our structure including 7 offset printing machines, 8 cutting machines, 3 gluing machines, 2 plastering machines, 3 automatic knife corrugating lines, 1 garment line, and all bookbinding machines in post-printing printing. Our factory consists of 3 parts, total closed area is 10000 m2, open area with 12076 m2.
Plastering Machine

Sizing Machine
As Paper Port Company, we provide 145 cm 2 pieces of raw material to our offset and cardboard printing machines; We produce 1 of them by 4 bobbins and 1 of them by sizing in single coil bobbin sizing machine. 2018 digital screen coil sizing machine is one of the most modern and fastest machines in our country. In our factory, raw materials are firstly cut from Kartonsan products or imported chrome cardboard American Bristol LWC coated first pulp paper out of standards and provide economic advantage to our customers in pricing.
